If you are a CONTRAM licence holder you can download and run the software with no restrictions.

If you are not a CONTRAM licence holder you can download and run the software for evaluation and educational purposes only. The evaluation version of CONTRAM is fully functional except that you will not be able to use it with models with more than 25 zones. A 21 zone demonstration network is included with the software.
